Leah joined CNS as Director and Lead Teacher for the CNS Downstairs Circle in 2017. She is proud to be able to carry out the traditions and values that have evolved over the school's 50+ years in operation. Leah is also proud to be part of a team of staff that loves our jobs. 

In order to coordinate and facilitate between all the moving parts of our CNS community, Leah uses the institutional knowledge she gained as a CNS parent, combined with her experience as a kindergarten teacher, the leadership training she received while serving in the military, and the techniques she learned while volunteering on several non-profit boards.

Some of her favorite things for CNS include making and fixing things, children’s literature, and research and learning.
